Sebastien Low began their career in engineering before discovering a passion for human resources during their education, prompting a shift in career focus. They have accumulated extensive experience in learning management, talent acquisition, and business process improvement, having held positions such as Senior HR Executive at Emerson and People Insights Partner at Roche. Sebastien holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship & Management from the University of Wales and a Diploma in Mechatronics from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Currently, they seek to further their career in a human resources development role, aspiring to contribute to an organization that values employee growth and development.
