Serena Panos

Serena Panos is currently the Global Quality Manager at Roche, where they oversee various quality management processes, including product release and compliance with regulatory standards. They began their career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Quality Assurance Intern and progressed to Quality Assurance Assistant Specialist at Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi. After completing their bachelor's degree in Chemistry at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, they joined Roche as a Quality Management Specialist, gaining extensive experience in internal and external audits, risk management, and customer complaint resolution. Throughout their career, Serena has actively contributed to knowledge exchange and the development of sustainable quality models across global affiliates.
