Simon Schäfer is an expert in explosion protection, currently serving as a member of NAMUR e.V. since 2025. Previously, Simon gained valuable experience at Roche from 2016 to 2019, where they held various positions, including Co-Op Student in Electronical Engineering Automation and Intern in Global Engineering. Simon also completed internships at BASF and Daimler AG in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Simon earned a Master of Science in Elektrotechnik Automation from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, completed in 2019.
