Sina Simon is a PhD student in Cellular Transport at Roche, focusing on the establishment of in vitro drug transporter assays for predicting human lung exposure to antibiotics using PBPK modeling. Previous experience includes a Master's thesis in ADME at Roche, where Sina developed a novel unidirectional transport assay for studying P-glycoprotein's role in brain penetration, and an internship in DMPK/PD that involved calibrating digital PK/PD parameters.
