Sonja Kuschel is currently the Head of Biosubstance Production at Roche Diagnostics GmbH. Previously, Sonja held roles such as Team Lead in Pharma & API Qualification/Validation at Boehringer Ingelheim and served as a Plant Assistant in Compliance & Projects. Sonja obtained a Diploma in Chemistry from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, and has experience in both research and development, including work as a PhD student at the University of Manchester, where they focused on designing Artificial Molecular Machines.
