Sonya Lai

Sonya Lai is the Head of Roche China Procurement, bringing over 15 years of experience in multinational enterprises across manufacturing and commercial organizations. They have demonstrated a deep understanding of financial and management accounting, business planning, and risk management, alongside rich experience in SAP implementation and leading significant restructuring projects. Sonya previously held roles at Philips, including Finance Director and Segment Financial Controller, where they led teams across global operations. They earned both an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is a Certified Management Accountant.
