Stanley Herman

Stanley Herman is an experienced clinical researcher with over 27 years in leadership and management roles within the pharma and biotech R&D sectors. Currently serving as VP of Molecular Research at Roche Pharmaceuticals, they lead multidisciplinary drug discovery programs focused on immunomodulation and the development of vaccines for allergic respiratory and neurodegenerative disorders. Stanley's previous positions include Vice President at Covidien, Director at AkzoNobel, and Director of Biological Research at Novartis, all of which involved significant responsibilities in strategic planning, project management, and collaborative innovation. Stanley is also pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at The University of Edinburgh.
