Stefan Marchart

Stefan Marchart, Ph.D., MBB, is the Global Business Excellence Manager at Roche, where they lead operational excellence initiatives within Pharmaceutical Technical Development. Since joining Roche in 2017, Stefan has utilized Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to drive substantial improvements and coach staff on operational principles. Prior to Roche, they held roles at Bayer Crop Science and Novartis, managing process operations and contributing to significant cost savings. Stefan earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Vienna, alongside a degree in Business Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
