Steph Greeman

Steph Greeman is a visionary regulatory affairs leader currently serving as the Global Head of Companion Diagnostics at Roche, where they lead a team of approximately 30 professionals. With a strong background in both US and EU regulatory environments, Steph has successfully directed submissions for critical medical assays and pioneered innovative training programs to enhance team collaboration. Their previous roles include serving as Regulatory Affairs Director, where they achieved FDA ‘Best in Class’ status and secured emergency use authorizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Steph's academic journey continues at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Chemistry and Biology, maintaining a 3.99 GPA.
