Stephan Rummelt

Stephan Rummelt is a Senior Scientist in Process Chemistry & Catalysis at Roche, where they have worked since 2021. They previously held the role of Scientist at Roche, focusing on advanced chemical processes. Stephan completed a PhD at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung, where they specialized in transition-metal catalysis and method development. They also gained extensive experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Princeton University and as a Senior Scientist at Merck, contributing to small molecule drug candidate development. Stephan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
