Steven Pluth

Steven Pluth currently serves as the Warehouse Operations Excellence Manager for Replenishment at Roche since February 2025. Previously, Steven held the position of Logistics Operations Manager at Trane Technologies, leading logistics operations and inventory management from June 2020 to February 2025. Prior to that role, Steven was the General Manager at Spartan Logistics, overseeing a 24/7 production and distribution center and managing a team of over 60 employees from March 2019 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Materials Manager at Quantum Design, where Steven supervised a team using Lean Six Sigma methods and organized a warehouse with an inventory of approximately 20,000 parts valued at over 9 million dollars. Steven obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Colorado State University-Global Campus in 2020.
