Suzanne Hammer

Suzanne Hammer has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with Roche from January 1997 to January 2020. In the role of Head of People Support Solutions - Americas, Suzanne led the HR Support Solutions organization for the Americas, collaborating with regional network leads to uphold the global HR Support Solutions vision and strategy. As Vice President of the North America HR Shared Service Center, Suzanne ensured the timely delivery of core HR services to over 23,000 employees in North America and Puerto Rico across various business units. Additionally, Suzanne held the position of Director Support Network Customer Center, providing professional support for Clinical Diagnostic Instrumentation. Earlier in her career, Suzanne served as a Consumer Manager at Ball State University, where Suzanne completed a degree between January 1984 and January 1987.
