Taylor Grim

Taylor Grim currently serves as the Country CFO and Head of Finance & Business Support for Pharma Croatia at Roche, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Taylor Grim spent seven years at Genentech, culminating in the position of Director of US Commercial Finance, overseeing commercial finance for Immunology, Lytics, and Established Products. Throughout the Genentech tenure, Taylor Grim held various roles, including Senior Finance Manager and participation in the Finance Rotational Development Program. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Blount County Government and an Accounts Payable Banking Specialist at Accenture Hospitality Services. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Strategy from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from Wofford College.
