Thifany Ribeiro

Thifany Ribeiro is a strategy and integrated solutions partner who is driven by the desire to add value to others' lives through their work. They hold a degree in Pharmacy from the University of São Paulo, where they actively participated in volunteer projects focused on education and health. Thifany began their corporate career as an intern in Training and Development at a multinational company, where they faced many challenges, including co-creating a significant company transformation. Currently, Thifany works at Roche, engaging in an autonomous area that encourages bold and agile decision-making.
