Thomas Weber

Thomas Weber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, primarily in the field of immunoassays and molecular imaging. Currently serving as Team Lead for Research Assay Development Immunoassays at Roche since April 2022, Thomas previously held significant roles at Dynamic Biosensors GmbH, where responsibilities included leading application scientists and coordinating projects across the US and Canada. Prior to that, Thomas contributed as a Postdoctoral Scientist at U3 Pharma GmbH and as a researcher at the University of California San Diego, focusing on innovative cancer therapies. Thomas's academic background includes a PhD in Molecular Imaging from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, supported by a Master's degree in Molecular Medicine from the same institution.
