Thomas Weiser is a committed and highly professional senior leader in Non-clinical Safety, Toxicology, and Comparative Medicine, with over 20 years of experience in drug development for both small and large molecules. They formerly served as Global Head of Toxicology & Pathology at Roche, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Toxicology and Head of Non-Clinical Safety Europe. Thomas's career began at Schering AG as Head of Laboratory Diagnostics, Genetic & Ecotoxicology. They earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a PhD in Veterinary Biochemistry from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
