Tiffany Payette

Tiffany Payette is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate affairs across various industries. Tiffany served in the United States Air Force, where they held multiple roles, including PR/Media Relations Manager and Senior PR/Marketing Manager, leading communications efforts for military operations in a 27-nation area. After their military service, Tiffany worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where they developed strategic PR plans and enhanced brand awareness, before joining Amgen as a Senior Manager. Currently, Tiffany is the Global Head of Pharma Communications at Roche, where they lead communications initiatives across the organization. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
