Tilo Callenbach

Tilo Callenbach, MBA, currently serves as Product Lead at Roche, having joined in March 2024. Previously, Tilo held the position of COO at MEDIPACK AG from November 2019 to February 2024, overseeing various departments and managing a team of 180 employees. Tilo was also CEO at Espisa AG where responsibility included P&L for a company turnover of around CHF 12 million. As Managing Director at Gsell Medical Plastics AG, Tilo defined and implemented corporate strategy, expanded operations in the USA, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Earlier experience includes roles at Georg Fischer and Weidmann Medical Technology, where Tilo played crucial roles in establishing new medical device divisions and supporting strategic initiatives. Tilo's educational background includes an MBA from Boston University and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Technology.
