Tobias Seitz

Tobias Seitz is the Head of Production at Roche, where they oversee large-scale drug substance biologics manufacturing and lead multiple commercial campaigns. They have a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Regensburg and have extensive experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology, having held various positions at Roche and MorphoSys AG, including roles in protein engineering and antibody discovery. Earlier in their career, Tobias completed a student apprenticeship at Profos AG and contributed to research in R&D. Their expertise encompasses process engineering, compliance with global quality standards, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
