Tom Pace

Tom Pace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the diagnostics and biomedical fields. Currently serving as the Head of Regional Customer Support Center at Roche since October 2015, Tom leads a substantial support team across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, overseeing the Roche Diagnostics portfolio. Previous roles at Roche include Director of Lab Operations, where Tom directed engineering, applications, IT and workflow, product management, and consulting services for multiple diagnostic portfolios, and National Applications Manager for Roche Tissue Diagnostics, managing a high-performing team. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Biomedical Scientist and Specialist Biomedical Scientist at University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust and Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT. Tom holds an MBA from Durham University, a Master’s in Cellular Pathology from Ulster University, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from Lancaster University.
