Tom Schmid

Tom Schmid is currently the SVP and Head of Strategic Projects at Roche Diabetes Care, where they are responsible for the global transformation and process optimization program. They have extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as CFO for Roche Pharma Germany and Roche Diagnostics UK, as well as in various financial roles at Syntex and Hoffmann-La Roche. Tom began their career at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, where they worked in corporate finance and part-time client services. Tom is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics at Universität Basel.
