Tom Starks

Tom Starks is a Senior Human Factors Engineer in the Biomedical industry, with extensive experience in Human Factors Engineering, Quality, Risk Management, and Design. They previously served as a Human Factors Specialist at Insight Product Development and held a position as a Human Factors Intern at Baxter International Inc. Starks is a PhD Candidate in Informatics at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and has earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Most recently, they contributed to Roche as a Senior Human Factors Engineer in 2022.
