Tom Trueblood

Tom Trueblood is a Lead Engineering Specialist at Roche Diagnostics, where they manage a team of 16 Engineering Specialists focused on maintaining and calibrating cancer diagnostic equipment across the Southern United States and Puerto Rico. With twenty-two years of service in the U.S. Navy, Tom held various leadership roles, including Calibration Laboratory Manager and Maintenance and Material Manager, where they excelled in managing large projects and training diverse personnel. Tom has a proven track record in calibration engineering and was recognized as a premier performer in their current role, ranking #1 in performance and compliance for four consecutive years. They earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Technical Studies from Excelsior College and previously attended the College of the Albemarle.
