Tom Wilson is currently the Chapter Head of Customer Experience Partnering at Roche, where they lead initiatives in project and programme management and organisational change. With prior roles at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager and Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, Tom has developed expertise in retail operations, SAP IS-Retail, and business process reengineering. They have been instrumental in implementing strategies for ERP and ePOS in a network of 1,650 stores, and have successfully managed significant public sector projects. Tom holds a degree from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
