Valentin Baltzer is a distinguished attorney-at-law with extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate finance. They currently serve as the Legal Lead Corporate & Finance, Team Leader, and Senior Legal Counsel at Roche. Previously, Valentin held positions as the Administrative Director at the Swiss International Law School and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Basel. They earned their PhD from the University of Basel, an LL.M. from Northwestern University, and a Master of Law from the University of Geneva, among other qualifications.
