Vanessa Kock

Vanessa Kock serves as the Team Lead for Global Product Configuration Management at Roche, where they lead an international team of 27 Product Managers and focus on developing global leadership within the organization. They have previously held roles such as GMP Specialist and Global Artworks Compliance Officer, contributing to various continuous improvement projects and change management initiatives. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich and has completed several internships in fields such as Health Economics, Analytical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Research. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen.
