Veneta R. is currently a Data Sciences Product Leader at Roche, where they focus on enhancing data governance and community building within the organization. With experience as the GeNext Lead, Veneta has successfully led initiatives to connect early-career professionals through events and a podcast. Previously, they held roles in communications and design, notably increasing engagement metrics for PD Wellbeing at Roche. Veneta also worked as a Social Affairs Officer at Central Asia Metals PLC and has a background in graphic design and social studies coordination. They studied at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” from 2018 to 2020.
