Vijay Kadam is currently a Partner overseeing the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) function at Roche Pharma India, where they spearhead initiatives to adhere to global SHE standards and serve as the Site Security Officer. Previously, they held the role of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at V-Logis, managing EHS strategies for over 30 warehouse sites across India, and served as the Deputy Executive Officer for HSE at The UTP Group, ensuring compliance with HSE standards in the steel manufacturing sector. With a background that includes positions as a Safety Engineer and Safety Inspector, Vijay has extensive experience in developing and implementing safety training programs and compliance measures, contributing significantly to the enhancement of workplace safety and sustainability practices.
