Wee L. Sim

Wee L. Sim, MBA, PMP, CMRP, CQE, is the Head of Reliability at Roche, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served in various roles including Program Manager and Head of Portfolio Management. Wee has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having worked as a Manager at Baxalta and Head of Program and Portfolio Management at Shire. Their career began at Genentech, Inc. as a Bioprocess Technician. Wee holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry - Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara.
