Whitney Garza

Whitney Garza, CAPM, currently serves as a Product Development Project Coordinator at Roche and as a Real Estate Operations Manager at JW Properties, overseeing facility management for a 2,200 sq. ft. space. Previously, during a tenure at Downtown Tucson Partnership from 2019 to 2024, Whitney led strategic project planning and execution for various community initiatives, effectively managing a $600,000 budget and initiating the Rebound Grant and Downtown Outdoor Café Programs to support local businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Experience also includes roles at Sherwin-Williams, where Whitney held the position of Sales & Fulfillment Manager, managing safety programs and operational projects, and achieving significant efficiency improvements through the implementation of inventory data transformation. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pima Community College.
