Xavier Soler

Xavier Soler is a Senior Solution Architect at Roche, where they provide technical leadership and establish the direction for IT architecture and implementations. Prior to this role, they served as an IT Team Manager and Project Manager at Grifols, overseeing IT solutions for the bioscience and diagnostic markets. Xavier’s early experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Schneider Electric and as an SAP Consultant at Capgemini and Ciber Offilog, where they worked on various roll-outs and integrations across multiple industries. They have also pursued education in Project Management and EDI, and are currently studying for a degree in Informática de Gestión at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
