Yan Xia has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held key positions at Roche and Everest Medicines. Previously, Yan served as an Associate Director focused on Integrated Access Strategy at Roche from 2018 to 2020. Following this, Yan worked as Access Director at Everest Medicines, where they led efforts to develop pricing policies and reimbursement strategies for multiple APAC markets. Currently, Yan is the HE&HTA Lead at 罗氏公司, where they guide the design of value propositions and strategies to enhance patient access to innovative healthcare solutions. Yan holds a Master of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Fudan University.
