Yi Lin

Yi Lin serves as the Leader and Head of AI, Data and Digital (AIDD) at Roche R&D Center (China) Ltd, overseeing the AIDD department and managing various groups including CADD, Bioinformatics, AI, Digital, and IT Infrastructure. With extensive expertise in data science and informatics, Yi Lin has led initiatives such as the synthesis planning automation project and the digital lab automation team, contributing significantly to Roche's drug discovery efforts. Prior experience includes leading the Life Science and Business Intelligence Department at NeoTrident Technology Ltd., where responsibilities included managing informatics software and vendor relationships. Yi Lin holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and Cheminformatics as well as Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Technology and Applied Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
