Rochester was born as an independent Executive Search firm and has evolved into an Executive Advisory company. Founded in London in 1982, working on behalf of a select number of clients on an international basis, we have been operating in Italy since early 2002. 
From a solid reputation within Financial Services, we have progressively expanded our reach to Corporate, Strategy Consulting, Private Equity and their Portfolio Companies. We are generalist today, yet with the strengths of this background, related connections and leadership focus.
