Rochester FC is Rochester, Minnesota's only pre-professional soccer club, offering the highest level of soccer in the southeast Minnesota area. Founded in 2018 and proudly family-owned with 3 co-owners, RFC competes in USL League Two (Men) and the USL W League (Women), placing our athletes in the same national developmental pipeline that feeds Major League Soccer.

RFC is powered by a passionate team of staff, contracted professionals, and community partners — including pre-professional athletes, experienced coaching staff, marketing and communications professionals, graphic designers, video & photography personnel, and youth development coaches.
Off the field, RFC works alongside commercial sponsors, community organizations, and charitable partners to grow the game, support healthy lifestyles, and make soccer accessible to every family in Rochester and is a large proponent of supporting athlete's mental health and wellbeing on and off the field.

At the heart of RFC is the RFC Youth Academy — home to the MLS GO recreational program (ages 4–17) and competitive youth teams. We pride ourselves on a high level of youth development and fostering foundational skills for all our youth programs so every level of RFC's youth programming is led by paid, experienced soccer coaches committed to player development, continuity, and the whole child — on and off the field.

Rochester FC stands alongside the Rochester Honkers and Rochester Grizzlies as a proud pillar of this community's sporting identity. Seven years in, we are just getting started.
