Will Thomas has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Will started their career as a Technical Analyst at Logica in 2012, where they reported and booked fault appointments and solved technical problems/complaints for customers. In 2013, they joined CGI as a Service Desk Analyst, resolving faults and maintaining a high First Time Fix rate. Will Thomas completed their education at multiple institutions. Will attended Brynteg Comprehensive School from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued A levels without obtaining a degree.
