Lydia Ernest is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. At El Batal Developments since June 2016, Lydia has served as Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior HR Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as an Organization Development Specialist/HR Generalist at El Amir for Trading & Advanced Industries (P&G), where responsibilities included reorganizing organizational charts and managing the performance appraisal process. Lydia's career began as a CEO Office Manager at Family Corporation, where organizational efficiency and appointment management were key tasks. Lydia holds an HR Diploma from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature.
