Tom Perry

Tom Perry has over 25 years of experience in various technical and managerial roles within the IT and customer support sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at Rock Solid Internet Systems since November 2012, Tom transitioned from a Quality Assurance Manager position, where responsibilities included overseeing the Quality Assurance Team and ensuring product quality through Agile Development. Prior experience includes managing the Support Department at Real Estate Data X, overseeing operations as a NOC Engineer at PacketFront, and training new agents as a Training Manager at Alorica, Inc. Tom Perry holds a degree from the University of Wyoming, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
