Aker Rivero

Aker Rivero's work experience begins with their role as a Business Analyst at Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. starting in March 2014. In this position, their main responsibilities include analyzing and assessing business systems needs, creating logical specifications for software systems, performing research for functional designs, and providing logical functionality for business application systems.

Prior to this, Aker worked as a Senior Consultant at Orsys Consulting, Inc. from November 2007 to February 2014. Here, they served as a Functional Consultant in Openbravo Retail and SAP Business One, identifying customer needs and requirements, developing reports in Crystal Reports, and providing training and support. They also worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant.

Before Orsys Consulting, Aker was an IT Consultant at Sooner Technology from July 2003 to December 2005. They were involved in the analysis, design, and development of the "ITACA Web" application using JSP and MySQL, as well as Microsoft Access forms, queries, reports, and database design and development for the Financial & Controlling Department.

Aker's professional journey began at Informática Gerencial, INFOGESA in March 1995, where they worked as an IT Consultant until December 2002. Their role involved the analysis, design, and development of a web-based application using Microsoft Visual InterDev (ASP) and SQL Server 7.0 for the Price Loading Project of Deltaven.

Aker Rivero's education history is as follows:

Between 2004 and 2006, Aker studied at Venezuela Job, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Technology. During this time, they focused on developing computer skills and their application in administrative processes.

From 1993 to 1996, Aker attended Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Venezuela, "I.U.T.V.", where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Aker has obtained several certifications. They became certified in various Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 modules, including Development Introduction, Installation and Configuration, Financials, and Trade and Logistics. Aker also earned the title of Microsoft Certified Professional by obtaining the MCPS certification.

Other certifications include Neurocoaching Certification from Integral Coaching Puerto Rico, obtained in September 2014, and a Solution Consultant Certification in SAP Business One from SAP, obtained in October 2006.
