Omar Rosario is Vice President of Rock Solid. Omar has a degree in Computer Engineering and has been working in Rock Solid since 2000. He specialized in the areas of business intelligence and software development and then continued to lead in the areas of project management and software product management. Omar brings vast experience in building and service delivery for Civic Engagement solutions in local and central government. Since 2007 he has specialized in growing citizen services and 311 practices as well as customer success for Latin America and North America.
