Thomas Blake

As President & CEO of Rock Staffing, Tom specializes in supporting sales and service for our 4 locations. Drawing upon 14 years of staffing industry experience, Tom successfully provides custom strategies to help our clients specific workforce demands. In 2007, Tom partnered with Kimberley Singley, and in 2011, he partnered Tonda Matthews. Both are experienced Staffing specialists. Their focus on client needs and understanding of staffing solutions that have greatly contributed to the growth and success of Rock Staffing.

Tom is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BA in Economics. He spent 2 years on staff with Athletes in Action (a division of Campus Crusade). He has been married to his beautiful wife for 18 years and has two daughters.
