Michelle L. has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as an Information Technology Network Specialist and Technical Support Escalation at Rockbot since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Mac Support Engineer at Forget Computers from August 2016 to November 2018, and spent over eleven years at Apple as a Genius and in a Creative role from April 2005 to August 2016.
