Derek Suarez

Derek Suarez is the Director of Investment & Development at Rockbridge Capital, focusing on hospitality and multi-family development and acquisitions. They have extensive experience overseeing project life-cycles to ensure feasibility, risk management, and profitability. Previously, Derek held roles including Vice President of Investments at AMS Hospitality, LLC, and Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Dovehill Capital Management, LLC. They earned a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a BA in History from Colorado College. Prior to their current position, Derek also gained valuable experience in hotel operations, acquisitions, and financial analysis across various prestigious organizations.
