Anna Schofer

Anna Schofer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical support and customer success. Currently serving as Support Lead and previously as Product Specialist at Rockerbox since September 2023, Anna has developed expertise in product support through roles at Bubble as Technical Product Support Specialist and Success Associate from February 2021 to August 2023. Anna's experience also includes working as a Development Associate at The Mark Twain House & Museum from December 2018 to August 2020, and serving on the Admissions Committee and as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Connecticut Enrichment Programs from October 2015 to May 2017. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Classics, with a focus on the Origins and Development of the English Language, from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2017.
