Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas has extensive experience in both the sailing and business consulting sectors. As the Managing Director of MacSailing since 2003, Dave oversees operations at a prominent sailing school in Vancouver. Concurrently, as a Partner at Rocket Builders since January 2001, Dave focuses on market strategy and consulting, assisting numerous organizations with market research and development initiatives. Previously, from 2003 to 2010, Dave served as General Manager for the Canadian Financing Forum, facilitating connections between investors and entrepreneurs in the technology sector. Additionally, from 1984 to 1994, Dave contributed as a coach for the Canadian Olympic Sailing Team. Dave holds an MBA in Entrepreneurism and International Business from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1993 and 1996.
