Jessica Fox is the Team Leader of Training at Rocket Companies, where they lead a group focused on team and leadership development, interviewing, and technology training. Their career includes roles in customer service and title clearance at companies such as Don-Lors Electronics and Title Source. Jessica has also served as a Senior Talent Specialist at Quicken Loans, where they trained new team members and managed the internship program. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Baker College of Allen Park.
