Cesar Hernandez

Cesar Hernandez has extensive work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Cesar is currently the Director of Engineering at Rocket EMS, starting in December 2022. Before that, they worked at Jabil as an Engineering Manager from June 2021 to December 2022. Prior to Jabil, they served as an NPI Manager at Flex from June 2016 to January 2018.

Cesar's career began at Sanmina in 2000, where they held various positions in engineering, quality, and business before becoming a Plant Manager. Cesar achieved significant accomplishments during their time at Sanmina. Following their tenure at Sanmina, they joined Pace as a Plant Manager from September 2010 to October 2013, where they were responsible for end-to-end operations management, including supply chain, production, logistics, pricing, and quality assurance.

Cesar Hernandez attended Universidad de Guadalajara from 1990 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. Cesar also studied at Chaffey College during this time to further enhance their language skills. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Automation and Control from Universidad de Guadalajara, which they completed from 1993 to 1998.
