Mohit Chitiken

Mohit Chitiken is a Quality Engineer at Rocket EMS since July 2024, specializing in process optimization and quality management. Previously, Mohit served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Mechanical Vibrations course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from January to May 2024. From June to December 2023, Mohit worked as a Quality Engineering Co-Op at Bobcat Company, where responsibilities included quality management for specific product lines and supporting new product introduction processes. Prior to this, Mohit was an Operations Engineer at Custogarage, contributing to the standardization of operations in the automotive servicing sector in India. Mohit also gained experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Royal Warehousing and Logistics LLP, handling freight service claims and optimizing shipment processes. Mohit holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
