Gary Rustmann

Gary Rustmann is a seasoned restaurant executive with extensive operational experience across various prominent companies. Over the years, they held key positions such as Vice President of Operations at CRO Restaurant Group and Benihana, as well as Regional Vice President at Pei Wei Asian Diner and P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where they managed multi-million dollar revenues and multiple locations. For the past two years, Gary has successfully opened and operated a Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop franchise in Daytona Beach, Florida, and is now transitioning day-to-day responsibilities to return to the broader restaurant industry. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island and completed a Business for Managers class at SMU Cox School of Business.
