André Rolo

André Rolo is an accomplished cook with extensive experience in various culinary roles. They have held positions such as Head Chef at Rocket Food since 2024 and Sous Chef at gategroup in 2023. Previously, André worked at Brooklands Hotel & Spa as a Sous Chef and has also contributed to notable establishments like Wotton House Hotel, Hana Group, and Alpha Flight Services in various chef capacities. André holds a degree in Production and Kitchen Management from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo Douro-Lamego and initially studied Biomedical Engineering at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
